Companies in particular have a responsibility to preserve our resources. As a hostel we contribute our part to a sustainable and healthy life for all people. We have been using 100% green electricity from natural sources for years. We use biogas. We try to avoid waste, so there is almost no small packaging at the breakfast buffet. Our laundry is washed in the region, which saves long transport distances. Waste separation is a matter of course for us. Piece by piece we replace all lamps with economical LEDs, use recycled paper on toilets and in the printer. We limit water consumption without sacrificing comfort. Parts of our breakfast buffet are vegan homemade spreads as well as vegan cake and vegan pancakes. And isn't the whole hostel concept, in which several people share a room, a very ecological approach in general?
